3 Tomatoes 3 tbsp |
4 olive oil 1 tbsp |
5 red chillies (chopped) 2-3 tbsp |
6 garlic cloves (chopped) 3-4 tbsp |
7 red onions (chopped) 1 tbsp |
8 water 1/4 cup boiled gram (boiled) 300 grams |
9 Salt, Black Pepper Powder to taste |
10 Varigano 3 tablespoons |
11 Green Coriander (chopped) 4 tablespoons |
12 Lemon slices |
Preparation recipe
1 Cut tomatoes into small squares
2 Take a non stick frying pan and heat it with oil
3 Add red chillies, garlic, onion in oil
4 Add some water by frying lightly
5 Add 5 grams of tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
6Add salt and black pepper powder
7 Sprinkle with fresh oregano and green coriander and remove from the heat.
