(Ingredients – )
1. Half a kilo of goat meat |
2. Salt to taste |
3. Ginger Garlic 1 tablespoon |

5. A tablespoon of crushed red pepper |
6. A teaspoon of turmeric |
7. A teaspoon of crushed coriander |
8. Cinnamon two inch piece |

Preparation recipe
1. Wash the meat clean and add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, salt, red pepper, crushed coriander and turmeric and mix well.
2 .Lightly fry the red chillies, coriander, cumin, curry leaves, cloves, cinnamon and coconut on the stove.
3 Fry finely chopped onion in cooking oil in a pan and fry it with crushed dry spices and chopped tomatoes.
When the tomatoes are melted, add the marinated meat and cover and cook over low heat. Add the chopped green chillies and keep on the tail for three to four minutes.
Take out in a hot dish and start with shermal or taftan.
